Mary Barton-Dock is the Country Director for Haiti. Previously, she was director of the Climate Policy and Finance Department at the World Bank. Prior to assuming her current role, she was Country Director for Cameroon, Chad, C.A.R., Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, and Sao Tome and Principe. Earlier positions at the Bank include Sector Manager for Environment, Agriculture and Social Development in the Africa Region, Country Manager in Chad, Country Program Coordinator for Cape Verde, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Senegal and Economist in the Agriculture and Environment Division in Africa. Mary attained her BA (Hons) in International Relations from Stanford University and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University.
