Mohini Kak is a Senior Health Specialist and is currently responsible for World Bank health and nutrition operations and analytical work in several countries in the Middle East and North Africa Region. While her work spans maternal and child health and nutrition, primary health care reorganization, non-communicable diseases, and health system strengthening, her core focus over the past 15 years has been on maternal and child nutrition in South Asia. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health Nutrition from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK, and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Rural Community Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, University of Mumbai, India.
