Patricia Marcos Huidobro is an energy and climate change specialist at the Work Bank. She is currently a member of the Energy and Extractives Global Practice and manages technical assistance and lending operations on clean energy in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Her area of expertise covers renewable energy, climate finance, climate change, energy efficiency, energy private financing, and low-carbon mobility. Prior to joining the Bank 2010, she served as a climate change consultant at KPMG and as an environmental technician at Acciona, a Spanish corporation focused on renewable energy, infrastructure, and water. She holds a master's degree in environmental engineering and water management from the Industrial Organization Business School in Madrid and a bachelor's degree in environmental science from the University of Salamanca in Spain.
