Economist and Founder of EVAL-LAB

Quentin Daviot is an economist specializing in the evaluation of educational programs. He is the founder and director of EVAL-LAB, a France-based company that designs and implements monitoring systems and rigorous impact evaluations worldwide, with a strong expertise on Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs). His research focuses on teacher training, student learning, and early childhood development across low- and high-income countries. Before leading EVAL-LAB, Quentin spent ten years at J-PAL Europe as a Senior Research Manager and has worked extensively with the World Bank Group on various evaluations. He holds both a PhD and an MSc from the Paris School of Economics.
