Radhicka Kapoor is a Fellow at ICRIER. Earlier, she worked at the Planning commission in 2011-13 on the XIIth Five Year Plan, and was also a Consultant at the ILO in 2005-06. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from LSE, U. K., Economics Tripos from Cambridge University, U. K., and B.A. (Eco. Honours) from St Stephens College, Delhi University.
