Santiago is Argentine. He has a BA in Political Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Human Development, with more than 20 years working in the World Bank. Currently is working as Senior Social Development Specialist in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, as part of the Social Sustainability and Inclusion Team in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Santiago has experience working on environmental and social risk management, social inclusion, community driven development, citizen engagement, indigenous peoples’ rights, involuntary resettlement, and sexual orientation, gender identity and development.
