Stephanie Kuttner is a Senior Social Development Consultant with the Global Practice for Social Protection and Jobs. She was a senior researcher for the study “Interventions to Foster youth Employment in Refugee and Host Communities in Kenya: A Feasibility Study.” Stephanie has worked for international organizations in several different regions of the world on a range of issues including gender, social inclusion, migration, displacement, fragility, violence and conflict, and community-driven development. She continues to work on gender and social inclusion issues in the Africa region for the World Bank. Stephanie holds a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford.
