Vibhuti Mendiratta is an Economist in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice. She is working on poverty issues and measurement currently focusing on Djibouti and Algeria and is collaborating to the data management program in Middle East and North Africa region. Her research interests include the welfare impacts of public policies, analysis and measurement of welfare, as well as gender related issues. Ms. Mendiratta holds a PhD degree in Economics from the Paris School of Economics.
