Mr. Liu is the Executive Director of the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation (CFPA) from April 2012. He joined CFPA in 2001 and headed its fundraising and project management work. He has accumulated extensive experience in fundraising, poverty alleviation projects design and implementation, and institutional governance. He led CFPA’s efforts in Wenchuan and Yushu post-earthquake recovery and rural livelihood development.
