Sonia Madhvani is the Lead for the Human Capital Project Dialogue and Partnerships team and Co-Program Manager of the Human Capital Umbrella Program. Prior to this, she was in the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice, where she led projects related to knowledge, learning, and stakeholder engagement. Sonia has over 15 years of experience in communications, strategy, and marketing and her background includes working for international development organizations and global private sector firms. Sonia holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Marymount University and a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
